Soft Skills Trainer

Job Description:
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
• Must be a trainer that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character
• Able to deliver, project and motivate students through effective training methodologies both in the group and individual classroom dynamics
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness and learning for students
• Conduct a specific assessment to know the potentials of students and be able to mould them accordingly
• Should motivate and prepare students for Summer Internship Programs and Placements.

Position: Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor in Marketing Management,
Human Resource Management, Information technology, General
Reporting Authority: Dean Academics

Job Description:
• To contribute to existing undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the Department of Management through lecturing, tutorials, assessment etc.
• To help develop, where appropriate, revisions to existing modules or new modules, in terms of content, structure, forms of delivery, methods of assessment, etc
• To undertake teaching assignments and responding to the student’s feedback
• To undertake optimum utilization of technology in Distributive Education
• Develop and implement innovative instructional methods.
• Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
• Evaluate, monitor and mentor and offer counselling to students whenever and wherever required.
• Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
• Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees and clubs in the institution.
• To design and teach MDPs/ Certificate Programs/ conduct workshops/ trainings
• To present scholarly papers and represent the Institute at various national and international conferences/ seminars/ workshops
• To design, develop and plan Self Learning Materials and programmes within the subject area as required
• To undertake any other duties as may be directed by the Head of Department of Management, provided these are appropriate to the grade of the post.
