Principal/Director

Position: Principal/Director

Job Description:
• To lead the team from the forefront.
• To guide, motivate and direct the team to academic excellence.
• To contribute to existing undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the Department of Management through lecturing, tutorials, assessment etc.
• To help develop, where appropriate, revisions to existing modules or new modules, in terms of content, structure, forms of delivery, methods of assessment, etc
• To undertake teaching assignments and responding to the student’s feedback.
• To undertake optimum utilization of technology in Distributive Education.
• Develop and implement innovative instructional methods.
• Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
• Evaluate, monitor and mentor and offer counselling to students whenever and wherever required.
• Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
• Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees and clubs in the institution.
• To design and teach MDPs/ Certificate Programs/ conduct workshops/ trainings.
• To present scholarly papers and represent the Institute at various national and international conferences/ seminars/ workshops.
• To design, develop and plan Self Learning Materials and programmes within the subject area as required.
• To undertake any other duties as may be directed by the Head of Department of Management, provided these are appropriate to the grade of the post.

Qualification and Experience Required:
• PhD and First Class in Bachelor’s and Master’s, Master’s can be MBA/PGDM/M.Com, 2 successful PhD guided, Minimum 8 research papers, 15 years teaching experience out of which at least 3 years shall be at the post of professor.

Professor

Position: Professor in Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Data Science & Analytics and Quantitative Finance
Reporting Authority: Dean Academics

Job Description:
• To contribute to existing undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the Department of Management through lecturing, tutorials, assessment etc.
• To help develop, where appropriate, revisions to existing modules or new modules, in terms of content, structure, forms of delivery, methods of assessment, etc
• To undertake teaching assignments and responding to the student’s feedback.

Minimum of 10 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor.Or Minimum of 15 years’ experience in teaching and/ or Research and/or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper publications / IPR / patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee. If the experience in the industry is considered, the same shall be at a managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising / designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/research paper publications / IPR / patents, etc. as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee.

Associate Professor

Manager - Training & Placement (Placement Officer)

Position: Manager – Training & Placement

Job Description:
• To generate employment opportunities for students.
• To correspond with prospective recruiters across India and abroad for placements and Internships.
• To build and maintain contacts with Companies to promote student Internship & placement program.
• Coordinating & Organizing on/off and pool campus recruitment drives.
• To assist students in effective CV building & preparing for interviews.
• To help students in identifying employment options that match their career interests.
• To organize various workshop/training programs to increase the employability of students.
• To organize Guest Lectures, Industry Interaction, Panel Discussions, Webinars etc.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Librarian

Position: Librarian
Reporting Authority: Dean Academics

Job Description:
• We are looking for an experienced librarian with a passion for learning and books to join our team.
• You’ll ensure that the library runs smoothly on a daily basis, and all patrons are happy with our services. Also, some important librarian tasks you’ll undertake include developing, organizing, and updating library records.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the library to ensure cleanliness, order, and protection of the library’s resources.
• Develop and organize library inventory (e.g. with books, collections, periodicals, multimedia, etc.).
• Conduct regular checks and updates on database information.
• Help patrons research reading materials and references.
• Answer patrons’ questions via phone or email.
• Publish and update content on the library’s website (e.g. book summaries, reviews, blog, etc.).
• Research and implement new information system techniques.
• Organize activities and promotional events (e.g. children’s storytelling, author readings, book sales, etc.).
• Manage library budgeting and billing for new equipment.
• Supervise library assistants and other staff.

Qualification and Experience Required:
• Previous experience as a librarian.
• Experience using computers and working with electronic databases.
• Work Experience of more than 2 years.
• Familiarity with information management systems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication.
