MBA is a two-year Post Graduate Professional Degree programme affiliation to GTU. The programme is designed to develop basic and advanced skills required in the field of business and management and has worldwide recognition. Students are provided a well-rounded learning experience in terms of management theory and practical training. The program involves classroom teaching, case discussions, hands-on management internships in industry and project work which ultimately helps in training graduates to become capable managers.
In MBA, emphasis is laid on building people skills, with focus on team skills, indispensable to any organization. In first year of this program the primary focus is on providing a brief idea about various subjects of management.
MBA being a conventional & traditional program, an edge is required to outform the fast changing world & this is enabled by adding BASE which is Business Aptitute & Skill Enhancement Program in the form of PGPCE, which overcomes the limitation of traditional MBA program to provide an edge to outperform the fast changing world. This program requires continious efforts by the candidate outside the classroom hours as well.
BASE is a 18 months Certificate Program, having the most dynamic & practical oriented curriculum, which will transpire leadership, management, intellectual & communication skills , time management & at the end of management course, create a professional with highest standard of corporate excellence.
