The overall progress of a nation demands creating equal opportunities and empowering its people. To achieve this, fostering inclusive growth has become the top priority of policy makers in the emerging economies internationally. Researchers and policy makers have highlighted the need to pay more attention to the linkage between innovation, entrepreneurship and regional economic development.
While we look at Innovation as an important tool for inclusive growth, what is required is an evidence-based analysis to recognize what works and what does not specific to different countries. Innovative approaches in all domains of management need to be carefully examined to identify the sustainable practices that can help achieve the objective of growth through inclusive growth.
The aim of this International Conference is to provide a platform for Students, Researchers and Academicians to share the knowledge and ideas related to innovative management practices which can assist in inclusive growth, thereby contributing towards the holistic development of economies of the world.
Delegates and research paper presenters will enrich the International Conference with their views. The profile of the participants would be as follows:
Patrick used to be a courtroom lawyer, then spent many years as a mediator, and now is an author on a mission to change the world by creating a global culture of collaboration. His book “The Collaborative Path”, introduces a collaborative model to replace the debate format used for generating decisions and solutions, and even for having conversations. Patrick lives in Prince Edward Island, Canada’s smallest province where he is working on a follow-up book “The Collaborator’s Toolbox”, that will contain tools for everyday use so that people can strengthen their collaborative skills for use at home, at work and in the community.
